Anyone who is participating in either the live fire shooting ranges or the simulation rooms will need to have an account created and waivers signed. In order to shoot in the live fire ranges, our insurance company requires that you are at least 8 years of age or older. Proper conduct on the firing line is required for all shooting ranges. Anyone under the age of 8 years old can still shoot in the simulation rooms under adult supervision.

If the person who will be shooting is a minor, under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian will need to fill out this form on their behalf.

A valid drivers license or government issued ID will be required for proof of identity for the first time you shoot at the range. For minors, the parent or legal guardian's ID will be required prior to the first time shooting at the range. Be sure to bring it with you to the range on your first visit.
